TechEdge 3A1 Professional Wideband O2 Controller Kit

Description

The TechEdge 3A1 WBo2 controller and Bosch LSU 4.9 Wideband Sensor kit is a Professional level Wideband O2 Controller and Data Logger. It allows you to monitor your Air Fuel Ratio (AFR/Lambda), and optionally data log other engine vitals with the inbuilt 9 channel data logger, which includes 4 thermocouple channels. This model also includes a fully configurable alarm output (can be configured off AFR or any other logged channel), as well as simulated Narrowband output for factory ECUs and 0-5v output for driving Aftermarket ECUs.

This Wideband controller is an upgrade from our entry level 2J9 Wideband Controller we have sold for many years, and is suitable for those needing higher accuracy or more logging functionality. To go further and add onboard data logging & USB connection see the 3A2.

This kit includes:

• 2.6m wideband sensor cable
• RJ45-DB9 RS232 Serial cable
• Power cable

If your laptop does not have a 9-pin Serial port (these days, most don’t), you will need to grab a USB Serial Cable.

V8 Falcons can log the MAF directly, but due to the type of MAP sensor in EA-EL 6 Cylinder Falcons, you will need a GM 2 Bar MAP Sensor to data log MAP.

You should also consider a TechEdge LD02 Wideband O2 Display or TechEdge LX1 Wideband O2 Display to view your AFRs and other inputs in real time without needing to use a laptop.
