Pickup
We do not offer a pickup service. We do have a Same Day Courier service for the Melbourne Metro area if your order is urgent, offering delivery with Bonds, Allied Express and Uber On Demand. Just place your order and choose a Scheduled delivery method at checkout.
Timing
Once we receive your order, we will verify stock and ship it as soon as possible. This is usually within 2 working days if stock is in our warehouse. Our shipping cut-off is approx 3pm.
Shipping Methods / Express Delivery
We ship domestic parcels via Australia Post Express Post, unless otherwise selected when checking out. Average shipping time is overnight to metro areas. See the Australia Post Express Post Next Day postcode ranges to confirm whether you are in the Next Day network from Melbourne. If not, expect it to take 2-4 days after packing.
Heavy or bulky items such as Turbo Kits are usually shipped with Couriers Please or Aramex, whichever is the quickest to your location. Average delivery time to metro areas is 2-3 days.
International parcels are shipped via Australia Post International Post or International Express, who have relationships with most overseas government run post agencies. Postage times vary from 2 days to 20 days in remote countries. For faster International shipping use the DHL Express option at checkout.

Once your order is packed, you’ll receive an email from us with your delivery tracking code. Use this to track the status of your parcel.
