Xtreme Chromoly Flywheel suit Ford EB ED EF EL AU XR8 Windsor V8.

Use the smaller 28oz (79mm) counterweight in Ford Windsor / Cleveland 1962 – 1985 Carburetor 289-302-351ci.
Use the larger 50oz (140mm) counterweight in Ford Windsor 1986 – 2001 Fuel Injected V8.
For internally balanced engines the counterweights are not necessary and do not need to be used.
