The T.I. Performance EA-FG Falcon 4L Turbo Conversion Kit is a cost effective bolt on solution designed for enthusiasts looking to significantly increase the power output of their Falcon. These kits are hand assembled to order and are compatible with the EA, EB, ED, EF, EL, AU, BA, BF, and FG Falcon models featuring the 4.0L Barra, Intech, or SOHC 6-cylinder engines. Engineered for serious performance, this kit is rated to 350+rwkw and can reliably handle over 20psi of boost.
A standout feature of this Spoolinboost kit is the use of a turbo up-pipe with external gate that integrates with the factory cast exhaust manifold. Extensive testing on the dyno and the track has proven that this configuration outperforms many aftermarket log manifolds. The superior exhaust gas flow reduces back pressure and improves volumetric efficiency, leading to lower engine bay temperatures and better ignition timing. This results in more power per psi and a more reliable setup overall.

- Genuine Turbosmart GenV WG38 38mm Wastegate – 7/14psi (adjustable by spring)
- Spoolinboost Turbocharger with 62.45mm comp wheel, .8AR exhaust housing, T3 flange, oil cooled, 360 thrust bearing for high boost (rated 400rwkw). 58/67mm ball bearing turbo upgrade available using selection (rated 450rwkw)
- V-band clamp 3″

What Will I Need To Add?
To get this turbo kit running you will need to add a few parts, depending on your power goals and budget. We suggest the following at a minimum:
- 3″ intercooler piping
- 3″ silicone joiners and clamps
- Boost controller such or boost tee
- Boost gauge
- BOV such as this Turbosmart Kompact 34mm Dual Port
- Fuel system to support boost, pick from the following options:
- EA-BF E85 – Walbro 460 Fuel Pump & Bosch 980cc Injectors
- EA-BF 98 – Walbro 255 Fuel Pump & Bosch 440cc Injectors
- FG NA plastic manifold 98 – FG NA 4 Bar Fuel Reg & FG NA 627cc Injectors (drop in)
- FG NA plastic manifold E85 – FG NA 4 Bar Fuel Reg & Bosch 980cc Extended Nose Injectors w/ Raceworks short -> 3/4 length extensions (drop in)

What type of engine management is best for an EA-AU vs. a BA-FG?
For earlier models (EA-AU), we recommend either a J3 Chip for mild setups or a Haltech Nexus for full control. For the later BA-FG models, the factory ECU is incredibly powerful; we recommend using a OBDX Pro FT cable with PCMTec software to flash the factory computer, as it can handle 20+psi and large injectors with ease.

Where possible we post bulky items with Australia Post or Couriers Please, with tracking and signature on delivery. If you are not close to a suburban area additional charges may apply. Add $30 for insurance cover if required and request it in your order notes. We only charge what the courier charges, no more.
