The Holden SIDI V6 engine is an iteration of the Alloytec HFV6. Powering multiple generations of Australian built Commodores, from VE S2 to VF models, variants included LF1, LLT, LFX and LWR. First introduced in 2010 replacing the Alloytec, this GM High Feature V6 (HFV6) engine produced up to 210kW. The engine family featured dual overhead cams, variable valve timing, and while designed in the US was manufactured at Holden’s Fishermans Bend facility until local production ceased.
