XF EA-AU BA BF FG Falcon 4L Barra SOHC Intake Manifold Plenum

Description

Forward Facing Intake Manifold Plenum to suit XE XF EA EB ED EF EL AU BA BF Falcon Barra and SOHC 4L. Proven bolt-on power gains for the same boost level. Forward facing throttle, made in Australia from cast alloy.

These plenums are designed to fit the stock lower inlet runners from EF-BF SOHC, Intech & Barra Falcons with minor changes (holes drilled to 10mm).

• Supplied with 3/8″ NPT Male to 3/8″ Barb vacuum fitting and all bolt holes tapped
• Has MAP sensor mounting boss to fit AU-BF MAP sensors (can be blanked for use on EA-EL)
• Suitable for high powered N/A applications as well as forced induction
• Retains factory fuel rail (also compatible with Raceworks EF-FG Billet Fuel Rail)
• Fits standard SOHC EA-AU cable & Barra BA-BF DBW throttle body (FG option available)

The Skid Factory guys have put the R&D into this new plenum, and they provide proven results on the dyno and track.

This plenum is fitted to the Hackshop Garage Turbo Fairlane (now XE) and has run a proven 10 second quarter mile. Running a rebuilt stock SOHC, the car made impressive power through a massive histall on the dyno.

When fitting a similar plenum to a Barra FG Falcon, we’ve seen it go from 300rwkw with the stock manifold to 325rwkw with a plenum on less boost! The Barra has since run a 1/4 mile of 9.98@135mph with 460rwkw at the time. We’ve also had a customer go from 430rwhp to 540rwhp just by bolting this plenum onto his SOHC. They even work great on N/A cars; we’ve seen a BA Falcon pick up 14kw up top from fitting a plenum.

Plenum Fitment

These plenums fit all models from XD-FG. EA-ED SOHC engines must use EF-AU BBM manifold lower runners, and FG NA require BA-BF lower runners, both available cheaply at wreckers. For BA BF Throttle Body (65 x 65mm) see our Throttle Body Loom Extension kit. For FG Throttle Body (65 x 75mm) make sure to order the variant with FG throttle body bolt spacing. For XE XF it is recommended to use an FG throttle body to provide extra clearance to the bonnet & inner guard.
