Aeroflow In-Tank Dual Fuel Pump Module. Direct Bolt In for Mitsubishi Evolution 7, 8 & 9.
This dual fuel pump hanger is CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminium, and accepts all 39/40mm diameter fuel pumps such as the Walbro 460 and Walbro 525. (sold separately).
This hanger slots into the exact OEM factory location and will perfectly support higher power levels while still retaining the factory fuel tank with all standard seals and lock rings. It also allows you to reuse the OEM fuel level sender for complete compatibility with factory electronics. The Aeroflow Dual Pump hanger includes a venturi jet pump, with a new integrated pressure-relief valve to minimise back pressure. All returning fuel from the pressure regulator and crossover hose exit the jet pump into the OEM tank baffle, keeping it full for starvation protection.
The module features our 3 wire electrical bulkheads to allow the user to wire each fuel pump individually or stage them when required, with a third set of wires for the OEM fuel level sender to keep the wiring neat and in one location. With AN-8 O-Ring ports for feed, return and crossover, and both factory OEM connections or AN custom plumbing options included.
IMPORTANT: This fuel hanger eliminates the in tank fuel filter of the OEM fuel pump hanger, instead using the strainer sock supplied with all Walbro 460/525 fuel pumps.
