Aeroflow Drop In Dual Fuel Pump Module suit Subaru WRX 08-14, STI 15-21

Description

The Aeroflow Performance Subaru direct fit bolt in dual pump in-tank fuel module is CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminium and accepts 40mm diameter fuel pumps sold separately (use pumps with internal check valves such as the Walbro 460 or Walbro 525). This module will perfectly support higher power levels while still retaining the factory fuel tank with all standard seals, lock rings and slots into the exact OEM factory location. It also allows you to reuse the OEM fuel level sender for complete compatibility with factory electronics.

The Aeroflow fuel pump hanger includes a venturi jet pump with a new integrated pressure-relief valve to minimise back pressure, especially over the factory Subaru version which is restrictive with higher flowing fuel pumps that will be used. All returning fuel from the pressure regulator and crossover hose exit via the venturi, keeping the OEM tank baffle full for starvation protection.

The module features:

• 3 wire electrical bulkheads to allow the user to wire each fuel pump individually to stage them when required,
• a third set of wires for the OEM fuel level sender to keep the wiring neat and in one location,
• AN-8 ORB ports for feed
• AN-6 ORB return and crossover
• factory OEM push to connect fittings pre-installed, ready to drop in

Specifically designed for the following vehicles:

• Subaru WRX (08-21)
• Subaru WRX STi (15-21)
• Subaru Forester (08-18)
• Subaru Legacy (05-09)

It will work with both EJ25 and FA20 engines but it will require an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and return fuel line installed, as these later models (15-21 WRX and 14-18 Forester) are a return less system with an internal fuel pressure regulator. In some models the fuel level temperature sensor must be deleted, when using this module a aftermarket ECU will be able to switch this feature off as it is not required.

IMPORTANT: It is highly recommended to use the aftermarket fuel filter strainer sock that comes with this kit, which allows both fuel pumps to fit within the module. These fuel filter socks are also available separately as AF59-1040.
