We can either email the tune file directly to you or load it onto a chip you provide to us. With a turnaround time of just two business days, you can bypass the long wait times often associated with local tuners. Installation remains a simple plug ‘n’ play process that typically takes less than 15 minutes depending on your make, model and specific setup. How to Order Your Custom Tune

To ensure your tune is perfectly calibrated, please provide the following details in the Order Notes field at checkout or via our contact form:
– Make, model, and engine type.
– Transmission type (Manual or Auto).
– Comprehensive list of engine modifications (Intake, Exhaust, Camshaft, etc.).
– Preferred fuel type (e.g., 91, 95, or 98 Octane).
– Optional: Dyno sheets showing AFR and RPM data.
– Your full name and email address used for the order.

However, providing a dyno sheet with your AFR data allows us to further refine the calibration for your specific engine, ensuring the software is perfectly matched to your hardware giving you better value for your dollar.

Can I send an existing chip for a retune?

Once your payment clears, we will provide you with the correct return address via email. We recommend utilising a tracked postage service to ensure your hardware arrives safely at our workshop for its software update. Once received, we typically load your new custom calibration and have the chip ready for return post within just two business days.
