Steam vent adapters are designed for the LS series of engines to eliminate trapped air and steam from the engine and prevent hot spots and overheating. The adapter has O-Ring seals and converts to AN-4 Male Flare fittings. Use the 1 port version when routing to a T piece or block, and use the 2 port version to run corner to corner.

Installing these steam port adapters has been proven to decrease detonation in cylinders 7 and 8 and are a great improvement over the OEM steam vent plumbing.
